Florentia Village Luxury Outlet Grand Opening 2011: Using over 150 cars and buses, ITS managed the movement of more than 3,000 visitors, VIP guests, celebrities and media between the Florentia Village Luxury Outlet site in Wuqing and Beijing and Tianjin. This included over 50 airport pick-up and drop-off trips over the course of 3 days.
Mayor of Los Angeles Visit to China 2012: ITS was selected to manage the transportation for the Mayor of Los Angeles, Mr. Antonio Villaraigosa, while he and his delegation visited Beijing for meetings with government officials and heads of large companies.
Bombardier Executive Team Visit 2013: ITS provided end-to-end transportation services for Bombadier’s executive team while they were in China for meetings with major customers, the Canadian Ambassador and Chinese government officials. ITS is also Bombardier’s primary transportation supplier for expatriate employees working in China and to colleagues travelling to China.
Tumi Annual Meeting 2012: ITS provided transportation services for TUMI's annual meeting held in Beijing. Services provided included airport transfers for over 150 employees flying to China from all over the world, tourism to sites in and around Beijing and transportation to and from various company parties at hotels and other sites, including the Great Wall.
Florentia Village Luxury Outlet Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Chengdu Grand Openings from 2013 to 2017: ITS successfully operated and managed FOUR FV Luxury Outlets Grand Opening in 4 years and in 4different cities. Each Grand Opening event using over 50 cars and buses providing airport transfers, Media, VIPs, Guests, Investors, Celebrities, and employees during the opening days.
Knowles Company Meetings Holding in Shanghai 2017: Pick up global leaderships from the airport to the hotels travelling from the world, transport members between the hotel and office as well as event venues, and take everyone back to the airport during the 4 days global meeting holding in Shanghai 2017.
Media: Imperial Transportation Solutions provides transportation services for foreign media and press corps each year during the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) as well as foreign companies' annual meetings and events.
